A signed limited edition in full morocco and a trade edition in cloth were released in the same year. Illustrated with over 140 black-and-white photographs and six maps. With "United Jewish Appeal Commemorative Edition" on spine; slipcase with label "Presented to Participants in the United Jewish Appeal 1972 Study Conference."
